Feelin' pretty awesome overall. The only thing i miss is my gluten-free rice noodles... i love all the sauces on the RAW diet, i love the desserts, i like fruit in the morning, and all the snacks like banana leather, flax crackers, guacamole- which really can be lunch or dinner now for me! Ha!
Losing weight for sure, but not super fast- maybe 1.5 pounds per week average- but i only needed to lose 20, so that may have something to do with the slowness- it's my final stubborn pounds!
I crave fruit and salads more than ever before!
And now we have a RAW industrial kitchen- with the dehydrator and a big food processor... i could start a RAW Business- and i just might :) Know anyone who wants a RAW chef or their food delivered to them?
Anyway, comment with any questions....
oh, and somehow i made it through a bridal shower without eating good-smelling pizza and tempting cake!!! i stuck to my hummus and veggies, raw (fake) sushi, and fudge balls... wow!!!
